Q: Who will be the DJ at my event?
A: When you book Arizona Mobile DJ you'll get Tony Fynan at your event. If Tony isn't available or a good fit we'll reach out to one of our local, fellow DJ event professionals.
Q: Do you provide event consultations?
A: Arizona Mobile DJ does provide event consultations. We will find a mutually beneficial time and location to discuss the details of your event.
We also utilize Zoom meetings for clients unable to attend in person.
Q: Can I come to see you in action?
A: If the function is open to the public you are more than welcome to stop by. Most all weddings and corporate events are private, and we respect our clients privacy.
Q: Can I contact your references?
A: Certainly. Arizona Mobile DJ has clients available you can contact.
Q: What service area do you cover?
A: We service the greater Phoenix metro area, which includes all of Phoenix and its outlying communities. We occasionaly travel outside of the Phoenix metro area for events, please contact us for rates.
Q: What does your service cost?
A: Our rates depend on many factors including the date of the event (New Year's Eve, July 4th holidays, etc. are higher rates), location and distance from Phoenix, type of event, duration of the event, number of guests expected (equipment comes into play here – a sound system for 20 people will not be the same for 1500 people).
Rates for wedding receptions are typically $200 a hour with a 3 hour minimum

Q: What payment options do you offer?
Q: What about overtime?
A: If your event is still going strong toward the end of your booked time and you want additional time for us to stay later, we are more than happy to accommodate you if we can.
Q: Do you charge for set-up and break-down?
A: There is no charge for set-up and break-down. Check with your venue ahead of time to secure an appropriate set-up time to avoid last-minute crunches.
Q: When do you arrive to set up?
A: Arizona Mobile DJ arrives anywhere from 2 to 3 hours before the scheduled start time of your event.
Q: If something drastic and unforeseen were to happen to you, who would DJ at my event?
A: Arizona Mobile DJ networks with several other professional Phoenix DJs. We would contact one of them and coordinate with them to make sure your event is still performed, as you desire.
Q: Do you provide a written agreement?
A: Yes, All of the entertainment-related information is outlined in our DJ agreement.
Q: What is your payment policy?
A: As outlined in our agreement, to secure the services of Arizona Mobile DJ, a retainer fee of $300 or 30% of the total balance is due at contract signing. The remaining balance is due before the day of the event. If your balance is higher we may ask for a larger retainer fee.
Q: What kind of music do you play?
A: Whatever you want to hear, we play anything and everything!
Q: Where are you located?
A: Arizona Mobile DJ's home office and mailing address is located in Glendale AZ (email for an appointment). We have select dates remaining for 2022 and we are now taking reservations for 2023 & 2024.
